Debmar Housing provides sustainable and affordable rental housing in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Netherlands, by buying properties with overdue maintenance, refurbishing them and then renting them out at affordable rates.
After we bought, refurbished and rented out an apartment in the Netherlands in 2020, we noticed that the housing market in the Netherlands was overheating. Debmar Housing was established in April 2021 to invest in the UK and Wales.
